Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What are your business hours?

    We are open form 09:30 to 17:30 monday to friday and closed at weekends and bank holidays. if a claim is needed out of opening hours, please email us and we will respond within 24 hours with a time a tradesman will be with you to repair your chosen system

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We only do payments via Direct Debits as they are the most safest and secure way of taking payments. this also gives you full protection under the Direct Debit Guarnantee and full control of when payment is taken.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period you will recieve a full refund of any monies paid, if you cancel after the 14 days, you will recieve a full refund but will be charged a £25 fee.

  • What is your refund policy?

    You have a 14 day cooling off period from the moment the plan starts or you recieve your documents whichever is latest. 


    A full refund will be given if the cover is cancelled within the cooling off period. If the cover is cancelled out of the cooling off period, a pro rata refund will be issued.
